Skin Resurfacing and Chemical Peels
Your Spa Doc will combine chemical exfoliation with mechanical exfoliation to optimize results. Our Ultra scrubber will provided the gentlest exfoliation to optimize the results of your chemical peel. In addition we combine beta hydroxyl acids (salicylic acid) with alpha hydroxyl acids (glycolic or lactic acid) to provide a targeted effective treatment. Your Spa Doc will use her prescribing power to penetrate prescription medication into the epidermis by utilizing ultrasound to treat pigment prone skin, break- outs, fine-lines, and wrinkles.

Salicylic Acid Peels (4 peels-$350)
Salicylic Acid, a Beta-Hydroxy Acid, is a highly effective superficial peeling agent, oil reducer and pore cleanser. Salicylic is one of the most effective ingredients to combat the cause of facial oil, acne and blemishes as well as it provides an excellent rejuvenation addition and alternative to Glycolic.
Glycolic Acid Peels (4 peels- $350)
Glycolic acid is dervived from sugar cane, sugar beets, and grapes. Glycolic acid peels are known as the "lunch-time" peel. This fruit peel will increase the density of collagen, increase skin thickness, and diminish wrinkles.
Lactic Acid (4 peels-$350)
Lactic Acid is a non-irritating rapid exfoliator and a naturally occurring human metabolite. Lactic Acid is recommended for those with sensitive skin, dry skin, uneven pigment and tone, Those who are new to peel and exfoliating agents in skin care product
Ultrasonic Facial Rejuvenation/Skin resurfacing
This is a mechanical exfoliative and moisturizing treatment that utilizes ultrasound. The skin peeling application of the machine is extremely gentile. Dead skin will be loosed from the outer epidermis. This process will help smooth wrinkles and improve hyperpigmentation. The ultrasound application will create a thermal effect to increase circulation to the face and penetrate product. This treatment is an alternative to microdermabrasion.
